The Hario V60 NEO 01 A Black Funnel is an upgraded version of the V60 funnels, designed for brewing one to two cups of drip coffee. It comes in black, bears the model number VDN-01-B, and is manufactured in Japan from PCT resin, also known as Tritan, with a separate base made of silicone rubber.

The V60 NEO's design features 72 precision spiral ribs that gradually converge into 9 ribs near the extraction port. 1. Suggested brewing method: Place the Caffek Abaca V60 size 01 filters into the funnel, then rinse the filter with hot water. The filters are designed for size 01 and brew one to two cups.
2. Add the coffee with a medium to fine grind, and gently smooth the surface of the coffee grounds.
3. Use 10 to 12 grams of coffee per 120 ml of water as a starting point, then adjust the ratio to your preference.
4. Start by pouring enough to fully moisten the coffee grounds, then wait for about 30 seconds.
5. Complete the pouring gradually with a circular motion from the center, avoiding pouring water directly onto the paper.
6. Adjust the grinding degree and pouring speed according to the preparation time and the result in the cup.
